RoomyFinder, a leading online platform for rental property listings, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative at RoomyFinder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our users, helping them with their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our user base.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate and detailed information about RoomyFinder's services, features, and policies to customers.

Assist customers in navigating the RoomyFinder website, resolving technical issues, and guiding them through the property search process.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Technical Support and Sales, to ensure smooth customer experiences and issue resolutions.

Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the management team for process improvements.

Stay up-to-date with RoomyFinder's product updates, policies, and industry trends to effectively address customer concerns.

Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced online or tech-driven environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance.

Proficient in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer support tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
