To support our mission, we are looking for a proactive Partnership Acquisition Executive to establish and manage partnerships with factories, ensuring our supply chain continues to deliver exceptional value

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new factory partnerships to support and expand Interiors Book’s product offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with factory partners, ensuring collaboration aligns with quality and production standards.
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Conduct on-site factory visits to assess capabilities, production processes, and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform quality control checks on orders before dispatch to ensure they meet Interiors Book's stringent quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and integrate new partners efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitors to uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on partnership acquisition progress and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business development, partnership acquisition, or vendor management (experience in furniture or manufacturing is preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

**Requirements**:

- Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.
- Comfortable working on-site in a factory environment.
