**Position Name**:Sales Manager**
**Work Location -** Ajman, UAE
**Salary - Up to 15000 AED/ Month**
**Job Summary**:
The role is for one of the government departments in Ajman requires Sales Manager and who is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue growth through fundraising, donor cultivation, and partnership development. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities to secure financial support for the organization's programs and initiatives.
The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and program teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Fundraising Strategy Development**: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.
- **Donor Cultivation**: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare compelling funding proposals and presentations to secure financial support from donors and sponsors.
- **Partnership Development**: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with businesses, organizations, and institutions to support fundraising efforts and enhance the organization's visibility.
- **Revenue Generation**: Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective donor stewardship, prospecting, and relationship management.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage donors and raise funds for the organization.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze donor data and fundraising performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Communicate effectively with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and presentations on fundraising activities and impact.
- **Compliance and Accountability**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing fundraising activities and maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including marketing, communications, and program management, to ensure alignment and integration of fundraising efforts with organizational objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree. MBA will be added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or business development, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software/tools.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
- Arabic language is added advantage
**Immediate joiners preferred**
**Salary**: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
