**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Legal Advisory**:

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on matters related to real estate development, property management, and investment activities.
- Analyze legal risks and implications associated with business decisions and provide proactive solutions.
- **Document Drafting and Review**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, including leases, sales contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure legal documents are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with the company's interests.

**Compliance Management**:

- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to real estate and investment activities.
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits to assess effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and education on compliance policies and procedures to employees at all levels.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings as required.

**Legal Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents affecting the real estate and investment sectors.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and mitigate legal risks.

**Due Diligence Support**:

- Provide legal support in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or other strategic initiatives.
- Review legal documentation and assess potential legal risks and liabilities associated with transactions.

**Governance Framework**:

- Develop and maintain an effective governance framework to support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Establish and oversee corporate governance policies, procedures, and practices to promote transparency, accountability, and ethical behavior.
- Coordinate with senior management to facilitate decision-making processes and ensure alignment with governance principles.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Develop risk management strategies and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers to track key risks and mitigation efforts.
- Provide guidance to business units on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation practices.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and IT, to address legal and compliance-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders on legal, governance, risk, and compliance matters.
- Prepare and present reports to management and board committees on GRC activities, findings, and recommendations.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law / Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Professional certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus.
- 5 to 8 years of proven legal experience, with a focus on real estate, property management, and investment.
- Prior experience working as a legal consultant in prestigious law firms. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate and investments.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
