Administrator/office Assistant

Must work on SAP Arabia, SME and other government procurement portals and tenders.
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
- Manage database entry of suppliers, sub-contractors and client files.
- Order and maintain supplies.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage the control of incoming documents ensuring that project document control procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming documents and correspondence and retrieve immediately as required or requested.
- Assist in the management of all outgoing documents in particular the issuing of letters, tender documents, transmittals, reports and drawings.
- Ensure that hard and electronic copy project files are archived according to project archive policy.
- Update drawing classification and tender/construction drawings in accordance with the revisions
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier/scanner, printer, fax machine and binder, in supporting the project team with their requirements.
- Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and etc.
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A high degree of expertise in office management and administration.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
