**Requirements**:
- **Accelerate Sales Growth**:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard luxury brand partners with excess or discounted new inventory.
- Negotiate win-win agreements to drive sales volume and revenue.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brand partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- **Drive New Merchandise Strategy**:
- Develop and execute strategies to scale the new merchandise business, expanding product categories and reaching new customer segments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven Sales Hunter**: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- **Luxury Industry Expertise**: Deep understanding of luxury brands, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- **Strong Negotiator**: Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and drive favorable outcomes.
- **Relationship Builder**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster long-term partnerships.
- **Results-Driven**: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about driving sales growth.
**Bonus Qualifications**:
- Existing relationships with luxury brands or distributors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
