**Position Overview**:
We're seeking a seasoned professional in the crypto space to spearhead our Business Development efforts, crafting strategies to boost adoption of SeedHunter's crypto solutions. As the Business Development Lead, you'll architect and manage a top-tier team dedicated to forging impactful partnerships and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement dynamic go-to-market (GTM) strategies, keeping a keen eye on market trends and competitors to pinpoint lucrative opportunities.
- Create and execute sales plans aligned with our ambitious growth targets, taking ownership of achieving our business development objectives.
- Establish robust processes and tools to oversee client relationships throughout the entire customer journey, from outreach to retention and loyalty, constantly refining strategies in line with evolving GTM approaches.
- Recruit, guide, and inspire the Business Development Team to efficiently manage client interactions, while personally leading the charge on major leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, cultivate strategic partnerships, gather valuable product feedback, and identify avenues for upselling and cross-selling.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles, with at least 2 years deeply immersed in the crypto sector, preferably within Launchpad or Exchange environments.
- Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing sales or partnership teams, with a focus on scalable growth strategies.
- Proven track record of securing and closing tier 1 sales and partnership deals within the crypto landscape.
- Extensive and relevant industry network, including connections with key leaders and executives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering strong, lasting relationships with partners and clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other essential sales tools.
