**EVENTS MANAGER - (REGIONAL & INTERNATIONAL EVENTS)**
We’re currently looking for an experienced Events Manager to oversee, organize and manage our regional and international events and roadshows.
In this role you’ll be required to carry out the innovative process by contributing ground breaking and outstanding ideas and suggestions for our regional and international road shows and events. As an events manager you’ll be also responsible for conducting market research to identify upcoming events and roadshows which align with our brand as well as an opportunity for our organization to promote our services and products. You’ll liaise with suppliers and vendors to arrange for content and resources to be created and delivered on time, coordinate with venues and event co-ordinates, as well as manage and oversee all events, which includes preparing the venue with kiosks and desks, organizing the space, assisting with décor and designing the space, ordering and arranging merchandise and resources. Your primary orle is to ensure the event is a success by not only implementing industry best practices but by introducing creative ideas which engages and increase our brand awareness and image.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Leading the planning as well as coordinating and executing all regional and international events and ensuring the resources and material algins with our organizations objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in event management to bring innovative ideas and practices to the company.
- Collaborate with our internal departments to define event goals, objectives, and specific implementation plans and requirements.
- Creating and planning content, resources and material for all regional and international events.
- Ensuring the material and resources resonate with our organizational image and branding, ensuring it’s appealing to our target audience.
- Create engaging content and contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Sourcing and coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure orders are confirmed and in the process. Which includes ensuring deliveries and goods are as per agreement and within our budget.
- Review and source new vendors, and ensure products are prices are competitive to the market.
- Manage and develop budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources. You’ll also need to monitor event expenses to avoid budget overruns and ensure ROI
- Managing personnel and assets at the event, which includes setting up kiosks and desks, distributing merchandise and brochures.
- Coordinating with the marketing department and communication teams to promote events and ensure consistent messaging.
- Coordinating with all operations to ensure the events are successful
- Leading all promotional activities for the event
- Supervising all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
- Ensuring all merchandise, brochures and equipment is prepared and operational before the events.
- Overseeing the event to ensure it’s completed smoothly and managing any issues which may arise.
- Provide updates to senior management and stakeholders on the performance of the event and report any areas of development to enhance the impact of future events.
- Utilizing primary and secondary feedback to make informed decisions about future events and continuously improve the event planning and execution process.
- ensuring all events (regional and international) are compliant with local regulations and industry best practices.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Have prior experience working as an event manager - preferably within the **real estate sector.**
- Skilled in project management
- In depth knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skillset
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker
- Excellent organizational skills
- Competent with problem-solving
- Be confident with fulfilling customer-service
- A team player with strong leadership skills
- BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
- Can join immediately.
