Event Manager

In order to plan, carry out, and supervise a variety of events, including corporate conferences, product launches, promotional events, and other marketing activities, we are looking for a dynamic and highly driven event manager with experience in media and event management. The ideal applicant will have experience in event planning, a comprehensive understanding of media strategies, and the capacity to create events that are effective and in line with the objectives of our business.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Event planning and strategy:
Work with the marketing team to comprehend the goals, target market, and key messages of the event.
Create media-integrated event strategy to increase exposure and impact.
Make thorough timetables, budgets, and event planning.
2. Vendor management:
Find and bargain with suppliers, sponsors, and vendors to make sure all event requirements are satisfied while staying inside budget.
Manage the choice and organization of food, audio-visual gear, and other event-related services, as well as event sites.
3. Media Integration:
Include media techniques, such as social media, public relations, and advertising, to effectively promote events.
Work together with the media team to create campaigns and content that bolster event marketing initiatives.
4. Event Execution:
Leading the execution of events will ensure that everything goes according to schedule and without a hitch.
Control any hired help or volunteers for the event.
Manage all aspects of on-site organization, including registration, visitor control, and technical assistance.
5. Evaluation and Reporting:
Conduct evaluations following events to gauge their effectiveness and gather suggestions for enhancement.
Write thorough reports on the ROI, event analytics, and lessons learned.
6. Risk Management:
Recognize and lessen any risks that may be connected to occurrences, both during planning and implementation.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
Throughout the course of the event lifecycle, maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Team Management:
Capable of providing direction, setting goals, and overseeing the overall performance of the team.
Organize and coordinate to the team activities, meetings, and schedules.
Provide guidance and support to other team members and help to solve complex problems related to their area of expertise.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on media integration.
Strong project management skills, including budget management and timeline adherence.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with event management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
