**Performance Marketing Manager**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in driving successful digital marketing campaigns, specifically within the realm of E-commerce optimization. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize our online presence, drive traffic, and enhance conversion rates to optimize our E-commerce performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Strategy Development**:
Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive E-commerce optimization strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify growth opportunities within the E-commerce landscape and propose innovative strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

**Performance Marketing Campaigns**:
Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search (SEM), shopping ads, paid google, paid social, display advertising, re-marketing and affiliate marketing.

Manage and optimise campaigns to deliver KPIs. Transition all campaign management in house whilst maintaining daily campaigns and ROAS.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal ROI and conversion rates.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:
Utilize A/B testing and other CRO techniques to improve user experience, enhance website functionality, and increase conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey.

Use a data-driven approach to find campaign insights to optimise and scale activities

Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize landing pages and E-commerce portal elements for higher engagement and conversion.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to derive actionable insights that inform marketing decisions and strategies.

Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key KPIs (Cost Per Acquisition | Average Order Value | Shopping Cart Abandonment Rate| Average Basket Size | Customer Lifetime Value) and presenting recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.

**Budget Management**:
Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring allocation and optimization of funds to achieve maximum results and ROI.

Continuously monitor spending and adjust strategies to optimize budget allocation based on performance.

**Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a demonstrated track record of successfully optimizing E-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, CRO techniques, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of E-commerce industry trends, consumer behaviour, and best practices. Europe marketing Knowledge for Consumer Product will be Plus.
- Experience with E-commerce platform - Magento and their optimization is preferred.
- Certifications in digital marketing and E-commerce platforms are a plus.
