Operations Coordinator/customer Support

We are currently seeking experienced and energetic Operations Coordinator/Customer Support to join our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs operational procedure in a timely and efficient manner ensuring high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
- Control booking schedule and trying to utilize the manpower in the most efficient way.
- Advise of possible adjustments to the operation’s daily activities.
- Control the on-ground services in relation to vehicles and cleaners and provide best practical advices.
- Work closely with team members to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
- Assist clients with their enquiries and resolve their complaints.
- Reports any information that might impact company image and brand or functioning.
Skills Required:

- Commitment to succeed.
- Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
- Experience in implementing operational processes.
- IT background preferred
- 2 years relevant experience in Dubai
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
