We are a premium cleaning and property care company focused on delivering high-quality service to our clients. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Coordinator to manage customer relations, scheduling, team preparation, and inventory.

**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling calls and inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring smooth coordination between the team, clients, and vendors. We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, and ready to support our growing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client calls, inquiries, and requests, maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning sessions, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Prepare and brief cleaning teams, providing them with the necessary supplies and instructions for each session.
- Oversee inventory and stock levels for cleaning supplies and other essentials, ensuring they are replenished as needed.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles, ideally in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
