**Responsibilities**:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.A.E labor law regulations and ensure compliance in salary calculations and administration.

Manage and process employee and laborer salaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct comprehensive calculations for leave salaries, taking into account factors such as accrued leave, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.

Prepare and draft business letters, reports, and other relevant correspondence with a strong command of the English language.

Utilize advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills to develop templates, spreadsheets, and reports for salary administration and documentation purposes.

Collaborate with the HR department to maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all necessary documentation is filed appropriately.

Monitor and track changes in salary structures, allowances, and benefits, and update relevant records and systems accordingly.

Provide guidance and support to employees and laborers regarding salary-related inquiries, addressing any concerns or discrepancies.

Participate in audits and inspections related to salary administration, providing required documentation and information as necessary.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in salary administration, making recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in salary administration, with a deep understanding of U.A.E labor law and related calculations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Arabic language will be an advance.

Advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to develop complex templates and reports.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in salary calculations and documentation.

Familiarity with documentation and filing systems, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve salary-related issues.

Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software is an advantage.

Previous experience in the U.A.E labor market is preferred.
