**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities, including document management, scheduling meetings, travel bookings, and organizing office supplies.

2. Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.

3. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office systems, procedures, and policies.

4. Assist in the recruitment and training of new office staff.

5. Monitor and evaluate office procedures to streamline processes and maximize productivity.

6. Handle and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise in the office.

7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.

8. Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

9. Assist the Management in budget planning and monitoring expenses.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in an office administration or supervisory role.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

8. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.

9. Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

10. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
