We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our team at Prime Co. located in Jebel Ali Free Zone. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a smooth administrative operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately and taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Jebel Ali Free Zone procedures and regulations (preferred).

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
