**1. Correspondence Management**:

- Ensuring that all outgoing communications adhere to organizational standards and reflect the desired tone and messaging.

**2. Internal Communication**:

- Facilitating communication between different departments or teams within the organization.
- Distributing internal announcements, newsletters, and updates to keep employees informed.

**3. External Communication**:

- Handling external communication with stakeholders, clients, partners.
- Responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate contacts within the organization.

**4. Document Management**:

- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files related to communications.
- Implementing systems for document retention, retrieval, and version control.

**5. Calendar Management**:

- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events related to interdepartmental activities.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.

**6. Coordination with Vendors or Agencies**:

- Liaising with external vendors, service providers and suppliers.
- Managing relationships with service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

**7. Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to communications, such as data privacy laws.
- Performing quality checks on outgoing communications to maintain professionalism and accuracy.

**8. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Compiling data and preparing reports on communication activities and performance metrics.
- Analysing feedback and metrics to continuously improve communication strategies.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- correspondence/non-verbal communication: 1 year (required)
