Job Title: Contracts Executive
Job Overview:
As a Contracts Executive at our dynamic and expanding travel solution company, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, local attractions, transport providers, and other suppliers. You will play a crucial role in negotiating and securing competitive contracted rates to ensure our company remains a prominent player in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with hotels, local attractions, transport providers, and other relevant suppliers.
- Conduct regular communication to foster strong and collaborative partnerships.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate and secure competitive contracted rates that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Ensure contractual terms are favorable and meet the company's standards.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential suppliers and benchmark existing rates.
- Analyze competitor offerings to ensure our contracted rates remain competitive in the market.
Rate Optimization:
- Continuously assess and optimize contracted rates to maximize profitability while offering competitive pricing to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align rates with market demand and company goals.
Contract Administration:
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all supplier contracts, agreements, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and resolve any issues that may arise.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and market demand.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to convey company requirements and negotiate favorable terms.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and relationship management within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and travel management software.
