Key Accountabilities
- To review and evaluate tenders recommendations for awarding contracts and amend the template ensuring that the final agreed terms, price, and scope has been captured in the final contract for signing.
- To assist and negotiate the agreements with tenderers.
- To monitor and analyze the performance of the vendors against the terms of the contracts and outcomes are delivered and identify trends and issues requiring future action.
- To assist in establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with the contracted vendors which result in agreed service outcomes in line with the agreements.
- To review any additional requirements to existing agreements (Purchase Orders and/or Contracts).
- To liaise with legal department regarding contract preparation and interpretation as required.
- To ensure that all contracting activities are carried out in accordance with the company policies and SOP’s and principles of good practice including ethics and probity.
- Contribute in achievement of department objectives by executing / achieving the KPIs assigned by line manager and submit relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.

**Qualifications**

Required:
Bachelor degree

Preferred:
Degree in supply chain or Law or business/management related with CIPS or APP certifications in Procurement

Minimum Experience Required:
0-3 years in procurement or contracts function
