Technical Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Market Expansion**:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share in the cement, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- **Technical Consultation**:
- Provide expert guidance on raw materials, components, and parts tailored to meet industry-specific needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions to enhance client operations and productivity.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and industrial clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to strengthen partnerships.
- **Operational Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of sourcing, warehousing, transport, and insurance services.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods, aligned with client specifications and quality standards.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) or certifications in sales or technical fields are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development in cement, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of industrial raw materials, components, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt technical knowledge to diverse industries.
