**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Middle East Commercial Manager, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to manage all the sales enquires for the business.
**Main Duties/Responsibilities**
- Manage all customer enquiries for the business
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Updating all internal systems daily and accurately
**Required Essential Skills and Qualification**
- Previous experience in a similar role and sector
- 5 years plus experience in Customer Services
- The ability to speak and write fluent English
- Mathematical aptitude

- Eagerness to develop both professionally and personally
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and great attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to follow continuous training
- Reliable, flexible and a positive can do attitude
- Great at problem solving and remaining calm
- Team player but also able to work on their own initiative
- Company/industry perspective: knowledge of company and food industry, acts as an ambassador would be a bonus
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
