Supervisor Front Office

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Manage the front desk team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring a seamless experience
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare reports on front office performance, including occupancy rates and revenue
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
