The Front Office Receptionist at City Plaza Hotel is the first point of contact for guests. This role involves providing excellent customer service, efficiently managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Reservations Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various channels.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Payment Processing: Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming.
