**Duties & Responsibilities.**
- Manage & arrange all properties under the company.
- Strong knowledge about RERA laws, rules & regulations.
- Act as the company representative to landlords & property owners.
- Maintain strong & pleasent relation with landlords & property management groups.
- Handling the CRM portals & company listings.
- Approve & Assist the agents on creating quality listings.
- Calling Landlords, checking availability, and arranging appointments for viewings with agents.
- Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
- Produce sales and listing reports, presentations etc.
- Compose, edit and draft addendum, and property-related contracts.
- manage & Cordinate the admin team on day to day responsibilities & duties.
- Cordinate with the media team & make sure all the hot properties are posted in social media.
- Meeting Landlords & investors on behalf of the company to avail properties.
- Analyzing client’s & agents requirements and suggest them property options based on the inventory.
- Having strong knowledge in real estate market & range of prices in key locations.

**Qualifications.**
- Must have 2-3 years real estate experience.
- Bachelor degree in relevant field.
- Experience on CRM and portals.
- Must have Real Estate Property Listing Experience in Dubai.
- Excellent English communication skills, smart and very presentable.
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms.
- Experience in day to day operations of office.
- A Valid UAE Driving license preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
