**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the guest relations team and ensure that all guests are greeted warmly and their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement guest relations policies and procedures to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that the resort is operating smoothly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure that they return to the resort in the future.
- Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements to the resort.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest relations management in a resort or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
