Update help content for the Knowledge Center to address customer queries effectively.
Complete assigned tasks, including change requests and annual review certifications.
Coordinate with business units for task assignments, clarifying details, following up on pending items, and assisting with content approval.
Assess needs and update or create content solutions based on business needs.
Investigate and resolve help content queries and other outstanding business matters, addressing gaps and policy changes.
Track task progress to ensure timely completion by the specified due dates.
Maintain consistent adherence to team process controls.
**Job Requirements**:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
