Accounts Admin cum HR assistant

Klinika Dental Clinic LLC is a dynamic and patient-focused dental practice with over 10 years of trusted dental care service dedicated to delivering exceptional oral healthcare. We are looking for a full-time Female Admin & Accountant to manage our company’s accounts and bookkeeping in addition to handling administration work.

Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounts or related, with UAE experience of 3+ years
- Excellent verbal and written skills in the English language
- Excellent Skills and Knowledge in the collection process.
- Daily reconciliation of cash, credit card, and receivables collections.
- Preparing supplier's reconciliation and making payment as per given credit term.
- Allocating & preparing all petty cash payments.
- Reconcile petty cash reimbursement and enter those into the accounting system. (Quickbooks proficiency is a must)
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Preparation of Invoices, Debit, and Credit notes.
- Office Document management.
- Familiar with preparing Auditing, P&L, and other accounting/Financial summaries.
- Familiar with VAT registration, and submissions.
- Must understand customer services to represent the company with new and existing clients.
- Arrange Visas for Existing and New Staff.
- Coordinate with the internal and external departments to ensure compliance with Medical formalities.
- Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visas and permits required to be processed.
- Ensure all visa, medical, Emirate ID, permitscompany documents and license are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
- Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
- Handle the issuance/renewal of the Trade license for company.
- Schedule meetings, interviews
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by performing background and reference checks.
- Manage staff related issues and assist for any requirements.
- Handle all insurance related works.
- Manage Payroll of employees.
- Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, vacation and sick leaves)
- Well verse with UAE Labour Law.
- Prepare Leave settlement and Final settlement.
- Prepare Letters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all PRO-related tasks and activities
- Stay updated with the latest changes in government regulation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree /Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Quickbooks proficiency

**Experience**:
