**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Define the company's strategic direction, refining its vision in collaboration with co-founders.
- Lead recruitment efforts to build a skilled team capable of achieving ambitious goals across technical, marketing, and operational areas.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance metrics.
- Establish scalable processes, infrastructure, and a culture that fosters innovation, accountability, and growth.
- Drive fundraising, manage investor relations, and conduct financial planning to maintain fiscal health.
- Actively engage with the DeFi and crypto community, cultivating partnerships and staying informed about industry trends.
- Champion token launch and adoption, ensuring compliance and value generation.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to introduce market-aligned campaigns, products, and features that drive user growth.
- Prepare the company for significant milestones such as public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
**Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of DeFi, particularly in Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSD) **_Very Important_**:
- Proven track record in fundraising from venture capitalists and extensive connections within the industry **_Very Important_**:
- Minimum of 3 years' direct experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with expertise in blockchain technology.
- Over 5 years' experience in leadership roles, preferably in the technology or finance sectors, with a focus on scaling organizations.
- Hands-on experience in startups, demonstrating growth and operational success.
- Previous experience in launching tokens or significant products in the crypto space is advantageous.
- Strong industry network for building partnerships and teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and mentoring diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at handling high-stakes discussions.
