**Position: Country Manager - UAE (Dubai based)**

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Creation and implementation of long-range sales plan & new business sales strategy.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities, developing individual target accounts & group accounts establishing initial customer contacts, delivering over-the-phone and in-person presentations with all key decision makers (General managers, Executive chefs, F&B executives, Purchasing managers & Head of Brands)
- Achieve & exceed quarterly results in line with the Company’s sales targets
- Market Analysis and Business Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes, using insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop & build the sales pipeline, process inbound sales prospects and lead outbound cold calling Closing agreements and placement of Free-on-loan equipment (Popcake Commercial pancake machines, warmer turntables, Ashwood’s condiment dispensers & Honeycomb displays), consult & educate chefs and F&B operators how best to present and use our products
- Prepare monthly sales updates for management to review
- Maintain leads, customer data and record all contact activity in the Company’s CRM and SharePoint
- Networking within the Hotel, Hospitality, Foodservice (F&B) industries proactively using LinkedIn and other business networking platforms to grow a professional profile, development relationships and sales prospects
- Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the organization's growth and stability in alignment with its overall goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Oversee the entire Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and managing resources to ensure financial health and sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all operational aspects, including supply chain, logistics, production, and service delivery.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the organization's interests.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, implementing new processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility: Champion initiatives for sustainability and corporate social responsibility aligning with organizational values and societal expectations.
- Crisis Management and Problem Solving: Provide leadership in crisis situations, ensuring quick and effective resolution of problems.

**Experience/Skills**:

- 5+ years experience within the industry field (Foodservice, hospitality, F&B)
- Proven sales experience with a demonstrable track-record of success.
- Strong phone presence and willingness to proactively call qualified leads.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise your time efficiently & effectively and work largely unsupervised.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & Proficiency with web-based presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho or similar)
- Experience working with financial SAAS systems such as Xero

**Compensation**:

- Competitive market salary, with opportunity to earn more through performance bonus plan
- Twenty (20) days paid annual leave, plus all public / bank holidays

**Other**:

- The ability to travel overnight for strategically important out of area sales calls or follow-up on existing accounts if needed.
- The position will report directly to the Managing Director of Peachtree Foods Inc.
- The position offers scope for remote / work from home conditions.
- The company will provide a laptop computer and dedicated company mobile phone.
