**Leading Group is looking for a Recruitment & Admin Support position based at Abu Dhabi**:
**Location: Abu Dhabi
- Mussafah**
**Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role**
**Languages: English, Malayalam & Hindi**
**Recruitment**:
- Responsible for coordinating with the management for all recruitment of the group.
- Understanding the recruitment needs and devising the recruitment strategy.
- Preparing Job Description relevant to the role and posting the same on the relevant job sites (Indeed/ LinkedIn etc).
- Send job offer letters and negotiate terms
- Support on boarding team with the required documents for visa process etc.
- Coordinating with the manpower consultants.
**Banking Support**:
- Closely work with the Finance head for all banking related matters.
- Coordinating with the banks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Preparing letters as & when required.
- Updating documents with bank and updating KYC etc.
- Actively taking up all other work as per the job requirement.
**General Administration**:
- Coordinating with the Admin department for general administration works.
- Preparing letters as and when required.
- Filling the relevant forms as per the requirement.
**Insurance**:
- Responsible for handling all the matters related to group general insurance policies
- Workmen compensation, Property All risk and Public Liability Insurance.
- Approaching insurance brokers for the best quote during the renewal of insurance.
- Comparing different quotes in terms of benefits and cost.
- Selecting the best insurance provider and renewing the policy.
- Approaching insurance providers for any endorsements or enhancements as per the project requirements.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
