Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with a knack for administrative tasks?

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
1. **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors upon arrival.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.

2. **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the club's calendar, scheduling classes, training sessions, and events.
- Handle registrations, enrollment processes, and maintain accurate records of all participants.
- Coordinate communication between parents, coaches, and management regarding class schedules, cancellations, and special events.

3. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, payments, and progress.
- Manage databases and ensure all information is accurate and confidential.
- Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters, announcements, and other communications.

4. **Financial Administration**:

- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage invoicing for club fees and services.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payments and financial compliance.

5. **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of club events, competitions, and tournaments.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue bookings, equipment rentals, and volunteer management.
- Manage event registrations, prepare participant lists, and communicate with parents and staff.

6. **Supplies and Inventory Management**:

- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, sports equipment, and uniforms.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary materials.
- Ensure all supplies are adequately stocked and in good condition.

7. **Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between parents, coaches, and management.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by parents or staff and escalate them when necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

8. **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all activities and procedures comply with the club's policies and local regulations.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols within the club.
- Maintain records of emergency contacts and health information for all participants.

9. **General Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and social media content.
- Provide administrative support to the club's management team as needed.
