Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales reports to the Senior Management
- Work closely with the Company Operations Head to brainstorm and implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business strategies and future trends -Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the Luxury Travel operations -Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability -Meet regularly with the Travel Team to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work
- Meet company officers who advise on strategy and find out about any local issues and best to address them
- Promote and market the business to new or niche markets
- Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
- Sell travel products and tour packages (tailor-made trips)
- Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
- Deliver and exceed branch performance and productivity
- To gather information on issues and amenities of interest to clienteles -Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules
- Deal with customer inquiries and aim to meet their expectations
- Oversee the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well as staff training -Organize incentives, bonus schemes and competitions
- Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
- At least 7- 9 years of experience as a Travel Manager in hospitality, travel, and tourism.
- Proficiency in Saber GDS
- Expert knowledge in Salesforce CRM system
- Expert knowledge in commercial flight booking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Travel & Tourism Inds.: 7 years (required)
- Saber GDS: 5 years (required)
- Luxury Travel Management: 5 years (required)
