**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a professional Travel Operations Executive for a position in a travel designer company based in Business Bay, Dubai. This person should oversee our organization’s operations, create quotations, invoices, travel presentations and assist with accounting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending day-to-day duties with high professionalism and enthusiasm
- Reply to all travel inquires on time with well presented offers, full needed information and most competitive rates to materialize maximum business - proficiency to negotiate with adequate suppliers directly to get better rates and availability.
- Receive the confirmed bookings with all required information from the suppliers and create files on internal system, communicate the details to the team leader including accounting for internal purposes
- Review and check all trip related folders and supervise the accounting accounting with team leader including but not limited to TFS (Trip Financial Summary), supplier invoices, proofs of payment, commissions (ONYX, TACS, etc.), refunds, credits..
- Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each file’s requirements
- Send confirmation of the services to the team leader on time with full information, presentable and in a professional way.
- Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.
- Follow-up cash / advances supplier’s payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues, which can affect the service.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
- Supervise back office and operations related inquiry, especially when related to big scale event management.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Fluent in French AND English - Mandatory**
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
- Able to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.
- Solution-focused and great at problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
- High attention to detail.
- Personally aligned with Ouroboros company purpose and values.
- Should be multi-lingual (English AND French)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Luxury Travel Industry and knowledgeable on luxury brands / requirements for high net worth individuals.
- Computer skills : Pack Office, especially Excel, Canva
