- The international business at CredAble is primarily responsible for the global expansion of CredAble’s
- **Banking as a Service (BaaS)** offering globally (ex-India) focused on Asia, Middle-East and Africa. We do so with our ‘Banking as a Service (BaaS)’ offerings by white labelling our Platform for leading Banks to power them with:

- **Overview of the Function**:
- The design team solves complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, that blend brand personality, visual, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences.
- A
- **Digital Supply Chain Financing Platform** for the Bank to run anchor or vendor led financing programs on both procurement or distribution side of business;
- A
- **Digital Financing Platform** for the Bank to offer SMEs with Trade and Working Capital Financing products along with growth tools on Payments and Cash Management
- An
- **Embedded Finance Platform** for the Bank to run digital lending programs participating in external Platforms or Ecosystems where SMEs are Sellers or Customers.
- **Your Role at CredAble**:
- Responsible for building the CredAble Franchise in the Country
- Accountable for the P&L and development of Business in the Country
- Accountable for local delivery of the business mandates and initiatives for the Country
- Accountable for the local governance and administration of the Country in line with local regulations
- Responsible for hiring and managing the local team in the country
- **What will you bring to CredAble?**:
- 10+ Years of experience in the industry with good network and connections in the Banking Industry in the Country
- Location - Dabai
- Excellent negotiation and people management skills
- Understanding of Trade Finance, Supply Chain Financing or SME Lending
- Ability to attract talent and nurture a high powered team in the Country
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Fluent in giving presentations to top-level management of banks and other Financial Institutions
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Structured and ability to think on his/her feet
- Local Bahasa and English Speaking
- **Education**:
- MBA /CA/CFA or equivalent preferred
