SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure that the work is provided in an effective and efficient manner. The Executive Assistant is required to exercise independent judgment, technical knowledge of the Executive Management’s area of responsibilities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the Executive Management’s office;
- Provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention;
- Attends meetings and take minutes;
- Coordinates and maintain Executive Management’s activities, schedules, and calendar;
- Coordinates travel arrangements for the Executive management;
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports, and documents and prepare background documents as necessary;
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the senior management.

EXPERIENCE

At least 6 years’ experience in office administration and supervision

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Equivalent to two years of college-level coursework in business or field related

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCY:
Knowledge of MS Office; great verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; well-developed organizational skills; attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
