Executive Assistant to The Chairman

We are currently recruiting for an experienced PA to provide comprehensive and highly effective support to our Chairman.

**Job LOCATION and INTERVIEW: ABU DHABI**
- Primarily focused on providing PA support to the Chairman
- Keeping track of actions and communications
- Coordinating, minute taking and logging actions for the monthly Board Meeting, with appropriate follow-up
- Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans
- Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Managing monthly expenses
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Policy Team and other senior staff;
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to bidding activities
- Providing ad-hoc corporate administrative support. Examples of this support are coordinating and tracking HR responsibilities, coordinating training, minute taking, and assisting with social media and the website.
- Experience of working as a PA at director (or other senior position) level
- Experience of providing administrative support in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Sound time keeping and forward planning ability
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritise
- Positive and flexible attitude; o Solid IT (MS Office) skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- A personal interest in, and commitment to, environmental issues
- Must have Bachelors Degree and Driving License

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
