**Expro **are currently recruiting for a Energy Solutions Production Technical Sales Manager to join the Expro Production and Sustainable Energy Solutions team based in either Dubai or UK

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
To support global growth in Sustainable Energy Solutions (SES), supporting and leading Production Solutions Sustainable opportunities. This includes CCUS, Geothermal, Emissions primarily, but this may expand to other new emerging renewable and decarbonisation areas.

To determine market appetite for Expro commercial models when offering the technical and commercial solution for the opportunities. To grow revenue and contribute to Expro’s SES by promoting opportunities and securing contracts for the facilities and services that address the Client needs through close customer engagement and market analysis.

Requirements of position are to identify key clients/sponsors within the Regions capable of generating revenues consistent with SES aspirations, near term budget and 3-year plan. In addition to being an individual contributor to deal closing from a technical perspective, position will be responsible for establishing improved communication internally and externally of this important initiative.

This position will have dual reporting to the Production Sales Manager (Dubai) and the Sustainable Energy Solutions global team (Aberdeen).

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:

- Engage with customers, industry bodies and regulation authorities to stay well-informed of market drivers for Production within SES space, focused primarily on carbon capture, geothermal, hydrogen and emissions management. Understand how these industry changes impact our business, ensuring Salesforce is updated and all stakeholders are informed.
- Collaborate with the Sustainable Energy Solutions & Production team to enhance Expro’s technical offering for Production Solutions in the new emerging energy space, ensuring our solution meets market, customer and regulatory demands and propels Expro into a market leading position as a partner of choice.
- Identify opportunities for new SES Production business, developing appropriate strategies for delivering these.
- Collaborate with the Sustainable Energy Solutions & Production team to win opportunities and close contracts for the business that offer accretive long-term models.
- Perform and use market analysis to assess both clients and competitors within key target market areas.
- Collaborate with the Production business development team to support SES tenders and quotation requests, ensuring that technical content and commercial evaluations are conducted and providing support to develop the commercial business case where applicable.
- Work with SES and Production Management to ensure budgets, strategic plans and market targets are aligned and attainable.
- Review pricing and benchmarking to ensure consistency between regions/clients. Work with the team to develop the BER (Commercial Model) and Risk Matrix to establish the pricing model most likely to succeed for the EMT to contemplate.
- Provide feedback to the Sustainable Energy Solutions team on SES technology development requirements based on the Production market needs.
- Support SES Technology and Knowledge Transfer across wider Expro organisation, capturing lessons learned and successful case studies to promote internally and externally.
- Research Production SES market to identify competing or potentially competing products and evaluate strengths and gaps.
- Promote Expro’s SES technology solutions externally at industry conferences and with key customers, establishing Expro as Strategic Partner and trusted advisor.
- Measure and report on SES business activities, ensuring all are maintained on Salesforce database and opportunity win plans are created and maintained for all regional strategic projects.
- Identify synergistic opportunities for joint ventures, alliances or potential acquisitions. Work with key vendors to align business objectives, environmental (carbon reduction), niche or technically advanced products, and/or commercial models.
- Ensure company HSEQ and policies, procedures and any related legislation is complied with and achieve optimal service quality to achieve client satisfaction.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Degree qualified process engineer or formal technical qualification
- Prior sales/project management/operational experience, at lest 10 years relevant experience
