- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment customers, and develop targeted marketing strategies.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales pipelines, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on sales and customer data analysis.

**Training and Support**:

- Train sales team members on CRM tools and best practices for customer engagement.
- Provide ongoing support to sales staff by addressing system issues and assisting with customer inquiries.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Use market insights to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in CRM management and sales coordination, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, GDS, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE travel and tourism market is a plus.
