Job Summary:
As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive for our car workshop, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to enhance their overall experience. You will oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems, analyze customer data, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage CRM systems tailored to the needs of our car workshop to effectively track customer interactions, appointments, and service history.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute targeted communication strategies to engage customers, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback channels, including surveys and online reviews, and take appropriate actions to address concerns and improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information, service history, and preferences as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement customer loyalty programs, referral incentives, and other initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- Provide training and support to staff members on CRM software usage and best practices for customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to CRM and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and prepare reports on key metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and service efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dealer Socket.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology is desirable.
- Certification in CRM or related fields is a plus.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric mindset.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
