Office Administrator and Personal Assistant

Office Admin, Operation & Management;
- Office up-keep
- Expense management, invoicing and VAT filing
- Supplier relationship management including contracts, agreement
- Be proactive i.e. taking initiative for process improvement etc.
- Assist Senior Management in day-to-day operation including confidential matters
- Welcoming new hires to Butler (induction, orientation, integration etc.)
- Any other duties required by the management & office staff
Business Development;
- Pre-call: Project prospecting; data base development & management; setting-up meetings & presentations with clients
- Post-call: Follow-up
Technical Support;
- Assist project managers, fire engineers and inspectors for related correspondence with the clients
- Planning seminar and workshops for key clients i.e., developers, consultants, architects, contractors etc.

- Proven office management experience
- Clear and concise communication
- Result oriented, pro-active, and able to get things done
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Accounting background with strong knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books
