## Job Overview
# Responsibilities
- Managing and processing customer orders accurately and promptly. Ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled according to specified timelines and quality standards.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalating complex issues to higher management when necessary.
- Support senior management by processing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
- Generating regular reports on customer service operations. Analyzing data to identify trends, evaluate service performance, and suggest improvements.
# Experience
- Native Russian speaker
- Proven work experience as a customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and market research
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
