**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus that align with client preferences, dietary restrictions, and event themes.
- Lead the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes of the highest quality, maintaining consistency and adhering to food safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, ensuring efficient workflow, proper training, and effective communication.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels while minimizing waste and maximizing cost efficiency.
- Oversee the setup, plating, and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the company's aesthetic and quality standards.
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment by implementing proper sanitation and hygiene practices, following health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with event planners and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including on-site catering services if required.
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, industry developments, and new techniques to continuously elevate our catering offerings.
- Participate in menu tastings, client meetings, and feedback sessions to improve menu offerings based on client input.
- Manage special dietary requests and customize menus to accommodate various dietary needs.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Handle unforeseen issues that may arise during events or in the kitchen, making quick decisions to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef in a catering or upscale dining setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
- Strong culinary creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in both food preparation and presentation.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing event requirements.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to create menu alternatives accordingly.
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment usage and maintenance.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.

**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
