Synopsis
The Etihad Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead will design and develop Talent Acquisition, practices and programs across the end-to-end Talent acquisition lifecycle (attract to onboard). In addition, the position will enable Etihad to articulate and activate an employee value proposition that allows our people and the external Talent market to choose well.
- The position requires a thought leader to be bold and disruptive in the design of Etihad next-generation Talent Acquisition and to competitively place Etihad as a destination airline for the best Talent.
Accountabilities
- Anticipate and plan for long-term talent needs in hyper-competitive talent marketplaces and labour shortages
- Design, activate and monitor ROI for an Etihad Employer Brand proposition, supporting employee value proposition pillars and the related employer brand imagery and tools
- Develop employee and persona centric Talent strategies to target internal and external Talent pipelines for strategy critical positions and the broader organisation
- Collaborate with HR Business Partnering and other HR teams to effectively deploy and support new Talent acquisition practices to Etihad people leaders
- Work with the DE&I Lead to increase diverse talent pipelines and enable a debiased hiring processes
- Manage all senior leader (SM1) and above Talent Acquisition activity, including the management of third-party consultants for Executive grade recruitment
- Education & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of related work experience
- Experience working in a people-first/centric organisation and customer experience orientated business model
- Experience in a multinational company designing and implementing integrated Talent Acquisition practices at an enterprise in response to complex business strategy and hyper competitive Talent markets
- Experience in the development of Talent solutions that support organisational culture, business strategy and Talent management practices
- Experience working with senior executives on complex senior leadership hiring
- Experience in developing, analysing and providing trends and insights in Talent Acquisition
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Post graduate qualifications or relevant certification in the Talent Acquisition practice/field
