1. Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and onboarding new employees
2. Maintain employee files and records in accordance with applicable legal requirements
3. Manage employee files including filing documents, tracking changes, etc.
4. Collect and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data for accurate payroll processing.
5. Update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and personal information updates.
6. Provide administrative support for the payroll process
7. Assist with ensuring payroll processes and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll data into the payroll system.
9. Verify payroll information for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
10. Assist in preparing payroll reports and other relevant documentation.
