- At least 3 years of experience in solar sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of solar energy and its benefits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
