**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Selling ranges of services that include Recruitment & Manpower Outsourcing.**:

- **Identify new sales leads and generating business from multinational companies and small medium enterprises to achieve targets.**:

- **Generating new leads by means of cold calls, door to door marketing, attending exhibitions, and seeking reference from existing clients.**:

- **Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets through market research, and analysing business opportunities.**:

- **Making sales calls/client visit/attending meetings and presentations**:

- **Developing a good understanding of the customer needs and the vertical market.**:

- **Send proposals to the clients, get contract signed and maintaining yearly renewals.**:

- **Develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer need.**:

- **Contributing to grow market share.**:

- **Generating a strong business/sales pipeline.**:

- **Follow up on the payments/collection and ensuring that they are received on time.**:

- **Meet targets as per company norms.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Degree holder (attested)**:

- **2. 3-5 years’ experience on same role and industry, preferred**:

- **With valid UAE driver’s license**:

- **Proficient in English writing and speaking**:

- **Knowledgeable in MS, Outlook and CRM**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
