As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and expanding our business reach.

**The Role**:
The Head of Partnerships, will lead our partnership team to drive revenue growth through the acquisition and management of strategic partners. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the partnership strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing partners. This role requires a combination of strong business development skills, industry knowledge, and exceptional leadership abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, negotiate agreements, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define partnership objectives and align them with overall business goals.
- Develop and lead the partnership team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure partnership activities align with legal standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective partner campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting partnership performance and strategic recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (at least 4 years) in a similar role within the foreign exchange (FX) industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the FX market, trading platforms, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Outstanding English communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the FX industry.
