**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the rollout of Visa’s client focused sales methodology, aligning closely with CEMEA and global colleagues.
- Analyze large data sets, synthesize into an easy-to-consume storyboard for leadership.
- Ensure global initiatives are executed consistently, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with teams to gather market insights, develop strategies to address roadblocks to growth, and execute them.
- Challenge status quo & drive process efficiencies that will decrease sales time to close, time to implementation, and time to revenue.
- Communicate recommendations to teams, in a clear, concise, and impactful way.
- Proactively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.

- Excellent collaborator with ability to influence without authority, and rally corporate resources and functional experts to drive business objectives.
- Project management skills and strong execution capability to deliver against tight deadlines.

Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing, compelling messages to senior managers and other stakeholders.
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._
**Qualifications**
- Typically requires 3-5 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, banking or equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with managing complex projects, sales process re-engineering and implementation preferred.
