**Introduction**
With nearly a decade of industry expertise and now entering our third year of successful growth post-COVID, J. Siggers is set on becoming the leading name in premium tailoring services in the region. To support our vision, we are expanding our team as we continue to build on this momentum
J. Siggers is a visiting tailoring service offering the highest quality garments in the Middle East. Our workshops are based in Italy where our clothes are made by hand. There is no one based in the market offering the level of quality, service and expertise that we provide.
We are looking for a motivated individual to help with the smooth running of our visiting tailoring services, to help manage our day-to-day operations and provide essential support to our expanding business and grow within our flourishing company. You will be working closely to the founder and will be a pivotal position for the future of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the team with day-to-day client meetings, deliveries and garment preparations.
- Maintain and update all client measurements, sales reports, new orders, invoices, sales activity on our database and CRM.
- Oversee the operations of ordering materials and uploading new garment orders.
- Managing the operations of client alterations.
- Assist with inventory management, tracking orders with suppliers and liaising with correct sales professional, highlighting when new supplies are required for the business.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an operations, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- UAE driving license
- An interest for menswear and keen eye for detail is a plus.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Ambitious and eager to learn, with a desire for professional growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring politeness and professionalism in all interactions.
- Creative skills, such as basic photography for capturing product shots or client fittings.
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptable to changing circumstances and able to handle challenges effectively.
- A strong team player, willing to collaborate and support colleagues when needed.
**Location**:
The office is based in Satwa. We will be out visiting clients during the morning and in the office in the afternoon.
**Salary & Benefits**:

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
