Conference Marketing Executive

JOB PURPOSE

As a Conference Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract attendees, media sponsors and industry partners to our conferences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Manager,Speakers Manager, Inhouse Designer and Conference Chairperson to ensure the successful promotion and execution of our conference. The role encompasses public relations, content creation, updating and monitoring the conference website and social media profiles, partnerships relations, and delegates recruitment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Marketing Strategy: - Create and execute a marketing plan tailored to the conference, considering its target audience, goals, and budget.

3. Content Creation: - Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and promotional materials. And collaborate with inhouse designer for the artwork.

5. Social Media Management: - Develop and maintain a strong social media presence for the conference on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. - Create and curate engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with the audience.

6. Public Relations (PR): - Build relationships with industry media outlets, bloggers, and journalists to secure coverage and interviews about the conference. - Prepare and distribute press releases and media kits.

7. Partnerships and Sponsorships: - Identify and approach potential media sponsors and healthcare related partners for promotional collaborations. - Negotiate spartnership packages and ensure sponsors receive agreed-upon benefits.

9. Budget Management: - Manage the marketing budget for each conference, ensuring cost-effective strategies and adherence to financial targets.

10.Event Promotion: - Work closely with Project Manager and Conference Chairperson to promote the conference

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Proven experience in conference or event marketing, preferably in a B2B or industry-specific context. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools. - Proven experience in SEO, Google Analytics and Analytical Tools - Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
