Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office manager and assist with various office-related tasks.
- Assist with basic HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files, and processing payroll.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office is fully stocked and functioning properly.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees, directing them to the appropriate party as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed.
- Assist with organizing company events and activities.
- Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge and experience in HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee files, and processing payroll.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience working in a human resources or administrative support role.
- Knowledge of office management software such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
